                                       Every month of July, Nutrition month is celebrated. This year has a theme "Pakain ng Gulay Ugaliin, Araw-araw Itong Ihain".
                                       Say No to junk foods and say Yes to vegetables. Vegetables can helped our body strong and healthy, make our skin glowing, our eyes healthy and beautiful.And other benefits we can get from vegetables. Vegies are inexpensive it is affordable, so it must be a part of our daily diet. We must be guided with food pyramid. Avoid too much sweet  foods as well as salty and fatty foods. Drink a lot of water and fruit juices instead of sodas. Dont be fun of junk foods because it can harm our body. Vegies and fruities  must always be a part of our daily diet. It is affordable and nutritious too.
                                       Yes to vegetables and let it be part of our daily diet. Hypertension, heart disease and any kinds of illnesses will be prvented. So eat vegetables and we'll gonna commit good health and long life!..
